  • Publishing and maintaining information about training or event on Tesena’s communication channels (website,, MailChimp, LinkedIn, Facebook, etc.)
  • Maintaining and administering the training order process and event registration process (using tools like MS Teams, MS Outlook,, ZOHO Forms, ZOHO Flow, ZOHO Inventory, ZOHO Sheet, ZOHO People)
  • Administrating the Moodle portal for self-study training and related tasks
  • Preparing or supervise external delivery of training materials production and all production aspects of training
  • Preparing sales offers and handle communication and negotiation with our clients
  • Ordering and preparing refreshments, reserving restaurants for training attendees
  • Reserving training rooms and booking trainer capacity, sending invitations, and distributing training materials
  • Monitor and evaluate training program’s effectiveness and sales success and regularly report on them
  • Resolve any specific issues and tailor training programs as necessary
  • Provide point of contact for clients and colleague and answer their enquiries about training content or organization
  • Coordinate certification exams and registration to these exams
  • Process training feedbacks in order to improve training services
