I contribute to quality assurance in IT since 2003 mainly in banking and telco. I help business teams to explicitly define implicit expectations (like good-enough latency, performance needs, reliability measures etc.). I am demonstrably able to manage, control (budget, status, red/green signs) and lead (define mission, motivate, track) QA team even though I love innovative ways of solving problems including managing and leading based on agile principles & respectful culture.
