I'm a seasoned QA professional with over 20 years of experience in software development. From leading teams to diving into agile product development, I've done it all – and I'm loving every bit of the journey! With more than nine years of hands-on leadership experience, I'm passionate about enjoyable work environment where everyone can thrive. I believe in the power of teamwork and enjoy bringing diverse roles together to tackle challenges. I live in Helsinki Finland and have working experience ranging from creating medical devices with strong processes to Wolt-like very agile environments where people and their opinions matter. Life outside of work consists of a wonderful family (2 teenage kids :sendthelp: ;) ), “reading audio books” (e.g. Witcher, Legend Of Drizzt, currently listening to “The Demon Cycle”), gaming (xBox), Basketball and “the eternal love” of bodybuilding.
