Marek Susčík

Marek Susčík

For more than 30 years, he has been involved in the design, development, and testing of software for visually impaired individuals, both in collaboration with specialized companies and independently. Because IT is also his hobby, and he enjoys sharing his knowledge with others, he teaches IT at Masaryk University. Since accessibility is a fundamental cornerstone in the design and development of applications, it is a pleasure for Marek to collaborate with the United Organization of the Blind and Visually Impaired (SONS) on making existing applications and websites more accessible and raising awareness of this issue among both professionals and the general public. In addition to IT, Marek's hobby and profession is music. He teaches at the Brno School of Art, where he introduces children to playing the accordion, clarinet, piano, recorder, or keyboard.
