Jiří has devoted his entire career to Testing and Quality Engineering. He has been part of major transformation projects across Europe - from the Czech Republic, through Austria, to the United Kingdom. However, Jiří does not consider a specific project to be his most important milestone, but rather the year 2018. It was then, during his travels across Asia and Australia, that he decided to tie his professional future to Tesena.
From expert roles through managerial positions to the role of CEO, this journey enables him to strategically develop the firm today and shape its next chapter. His vision is for Tesena to become the first choice for anyone dealing with software quality, whether in the Czech Republic or abroad.
Jiří’s priority is building strong and functional relationships - both within the company and with clients. He supports open communication and demonstrates that top-tier results go hand in hand with humanity, perspective, and a sense of humour.
