About the Presentation
Does some of this sound familiar to you? You are facing ever bigger and more complex challenges in your IT transformation. Your current team is missing both people and skills. Your Human Resources Department is pulling their hair out, they've tried everything and still, they can't find enough people with the skills and experience you want with the salary expectations you can afford. Your current team seems to lack motivation to learn new skills. You can't risk hiring juniors...Well, it certainly sounds familiar to me.
Building a learning culture might not be the solution to all those problems, but it could help. It could also potentially help you make your team happier, more engaged, and more motivated. Well, at least that's the theory.
I've been studying, experimenting, succeeding, and failing. I'd like to share some of what I have learned with you.
