About the Presentation
In the last few years, we have seen a shift toward the cloud both from new startups to existing businesses. The cloud offers scalability opportunities and services by more or less a push of a button. This puts QA in a different environment compared to being on-premise or localized. In this presentation, I will try to give a glimpse of a real-world example of how QA is working in the cloud and the challenges it brings.
I will also give a glimpse of how QA can leverage the power of "AI" aka Machine Learning in their daily work but also how it should not be used.

Marawan has been working with QA for the last 15 years with everything from manual testing to test automation and leading QA. Throughout the years he has learned how to become a developers best friend with a combination of technical skills and people skills. In Marawan's view QA is much more than testing, it's more about seeing the product from different perspectives and beyond. Two things that Marawan always struggles with is 'have we developed the right thing?" and 'have we tested enough'?
