by David Krist, Equa bank
Come with me to experience the real story of one bank that forms a tricky path full of various pitfalls, sinks but also victories. On one side it is bordered by the contracting authority and its demands for a significant reduction in the time of delivery of individual services to clients. On the other side it has been enriched by IT pitfalls to conquer to maintain quality.
What do have to overcome in order to make IT delivery faster while keeping the price and quality? How successful are we? What shows as a working practice for us and what fails has appeared on the way? Has automation helped us to reach our aims? What impacts has it all had on QA and other IT disciplines? We will share with you our experience in which you can inspire.
