It doesn’t matter if you have no previous experience or are a seasoned professional, we can still help you develop your career in this exciting, challenging and highly rewarding area of the IT industry.

As testing is really people orientated work, what we are looking for in candidates are well developed soft skills.  We are looking for your ability to communicate and understand, to observe and ask intelligent questions, to solve problems, and to be structured and self-organised. You will also need to demonstrate that you are prepared to sometimes to have to work under pressure or resolve conflicts. 

For junior  testers with little or no previous experience, your development starts with our intensive in-house developed on-boarding program designed to fully prepare you to join one of our projects. We work closely with Universities and cooperate with students either offering part-time work or supporting them in their research into specific techniques, tools and skills in software testing.
