About the Presentation
When I joined this project in 2019, testing was not about quality, but about detecting failure. The rifts were deep, the mistrust high and the quality…well, there was a lot of room for improvement. Sounds familiar to you? If you are looking for ideas on how to change such destructive working modes join my talk. I will take you on our journey from the former waterfall setup to the current agile quality assurance organization. Blood, sweat and tears included…and we are not done yet. Thanks to SAFe & DevOps transformation "built-in quality" is finally receiving the appropriate attention within the bank.
