How lifecycle and project contexts affect test management
Relevant technical management skills including use of metrics, defect control and use of tools
People skills needed for test team management
Course duration: 5 days (each day from 09:00 to 17:00)

Tal Pe'er will guide you through the course
Tal has been in software testing since 1996, working as a tester and a test manager in many diverse projects in the field of communication, online media verification, oil & gas, defence, to name some. Currently Tal is an independent consultant and trainer of software and test process improvement. When he’s not testing, Tal loves photography and playing the guitar.
