Things can move pretty fast in startups and can transform in matter of weeks. Two years ago there was no designated tester at Slido. Not that it would not need one. A great amount of developers’ energy was used to find an fix bugs and releases were delayed. Despite that, company was growing fast. Building a QA platform was inevitable. But creating a functioning QA team in this environment can be quite the challenge. In this talk, I would like to share a story about the impact of having testers in a fast growing company and how we helped our developers to build a world class product.
Filip is a product tester at sli.do – event interaction platform for crowdsourcing questions and live polling. Compulsively curious. Studied psychology and has been a technology enthusiast since five. Happily married and a proud father.
